7min 1 RM Squat
7min 1 RM Press
7min 1 RM Deadlift
then 10 min AMRAP
10 DL @ 90% 1 RM DL
10 Burpees

    I completed 3 rounds and started the 4th but I had to scale down on set 2 and 3.
