Andrea finished 1st in her age division and 15th female overall in the 10k xterra trail run last Sunday! This awesome achievement was done while doing CrossFit training only. She has run less than 3 miles per week since starting CrossFit in August! She has consistently trained 4-5 times per week since August and follows about an 80% paleo lifestyle, that's it no other training, none, sqaduch, zero!
