I'm a little late on this post, but I wanted to share some of my starting strength gains and my goal for this month.
Deadlift 475 1RM
Squat 435 5x5
Bench 275 1RM
Press 165 5x5
Overhead Squat 185 X 15
Jerk 230
My goal for this month is to Deadlift 500# and i am thinking that by the end of next month I will be squatting 500, how insane is that!?
