6/24/10 Oahu / 6/25/10 OEF


EMOM for 10 minutes
10 Burpees
Then AMRAP for 10 minutes
10 Push ups
10 Jumping squats

  3. Nice work guys. My average was sub 30 sec for each minute. Burpees weren't that bad at all actually. Like Coach B makes his students say "Yay! Burpees!!"
