  2. there's really no "secret" but a little tip.. get a good rhythm down with your jumps and wrists. Don't think about jumping higher but controlled and timed together with the twirl of your wrists. Make sure your arms are not doing the bulk of the turning, it's your wrists. Then all you have to do is keep practicing.. It's not something that you are good at. Everyone has to practice it. No worries, it'll come.
