  1. Awesome workout.....Except I didn't write my time down. My max was 155 failed twice at 175 and i think it was like 9 minutes with scaled down OHS to 115.

  2. I felt pretty good with this one. I got my max OHS to 200 lbs before my 20 mins was up. I think I could squeez a little more out. I did the workout in 7:19.

  3. Did the wod in 11:09 but had to scale to 95. I've gotten SOO weak compared to what strength I left Hawaii with. There's no CF gym anywhere near me, and it's hard to push myself to do anything heavy when I don't have someone else to work with. I can't wait to come back to HI!

  4. aw! We miss you Dave B!!! It def sucks not being able to train with people and not having coaching. I hear that first hand! But, if you are able to WOD full force on your own.. you'll be a beast! That's what my coach told me when he was deployed. So keep it up Dave and come back to us soon.
