  1. I really don't like rowing but this workout and warmup(a workout in itself) was pretty fun. Chocking it up as 1 of my favorites now.

  2. man.. this WOD was killer. My heart would NOT stop racing. I was wondering why people were dropping like flies on the ground afterwards. NOW I do. I love doing sprint intervals like these. It's WAYYYY more workable than the 10k for me cause I suck at rowing so badly. Great job everyone!!
