  1. That was a fun one! All you sub 10 min folks are sick!

Great Workout 0600 crew (me and sunny) looking for some more folks to join the few and proud.

16:50 and I was happy with that as RX'd

  4. All right trying to make the plunge into the paleo thing again...Anyone have any good links for recipes/meal plans? I read the original Paleo book by Cordain, any feedback about the Palaeo for atheletes version?

    Thanks

  5. oh, good question Lucien. My take on the Paleo for athletes is simply this. Unless you are a chronic marathon/triathlete competitor this type of Paleo diet isn't for you. If you are a chronic CrossFitter like the rest of us, try looking into strict Paleo diet or Primal Blueprint. These versions of the Paleo diet is much more productive and "doable" for us CrossFitters. There's also a primal cookbook out by Mark Sisson for sale for $25.00 or so. If you need some Paleo recipes for now I'll be glad to help you out. I cook a lot of asian infused Paleo dishes as well as Italian and American foods. Haven't had any complaints yet. :)
