then
3 rounds
10 Front Squats
10 Push Jerks
Rx 135/95
(Warm up- 3 rounds: 10 Pull ups, 10 Ring dips, 10 Jump squats)

  1. 320 Front Squat PR by 5# then a weak attempt at 325, made the squat, but it was not legit depth. Did the 3 rounds in 3:21...

  3. max front squat was 270lbs. did the workout in 4:50 and gave myself a bloody nose doing the push jerks.
